POTENTIAL BUYER WANTS TO RESTORE PAUL MARTIN’S BOYHOOD HOME IN WINDSOR, ONT.
The vendee wants to change the Low-Martin concern at 2021 lake St. to its example state, but the outlay of renovations is $500,000.
Windsor Heritage Committee chair Greg Heil says the home’s underway information is objectionable and deplorable.
He says the concern needs a newborn roof, windows, pot and eavestroughs.
Heil says the committee, pending municipality council approval, is selection to squawk in $100,000 toward renovations.
